Request for AIS

Use the "Submit Request" button to the right to request assistance from Administrative Information Services (AIS).

Some of the software and processes that AIS supports:

• Colleague (by Ellucian) software manages data records for student records, financials, human resources, and fundraising. 
  • To request new or updated access to Colleague use the Colleague Request for New User Access form.
• GaelXpress is a way for students, faculty and staff to access their Saint Mary's information on the web.
