Use this form to request audio visual and media equipment for an event or meeting. Do not use this form for requesting equipment in a classroom.
- Laptops are not provided.
- Tech Check - We recommend that you arrange a tech check prior to your event. At the Tech Check, we will connect all the technology and make sure it meets your expectations. Please arrive on time for your tech check. If you are going to be late notify the Service Desk at 925-631-4266.
