- What should SMC be considering with respect to development of IT resources?

- seeks funding from a source not yet identified or confirmed;
- requires more than 20 hours of IT systems and/or application development work;
- has broad impact beyond the intended beneficiaries;
- creates a need for new or significantly enhanced or additional IT service and support.
