Make sure you have the following information:

Before making a purchase, you will be asked to complete the following required** information.

  • A valid GL Code
  • An approval from your department heads
  • Your approver's contact information

It is the requestors responsibility to make sure the requestors GL code is valid and has all of the required approvals before submitting a request.

College Owned Technology

  • College owned devices are those provided by or paid for by Saint Mary's College of California.
  • Standard technology purchased through the college is configured for compatibility, technical support, and security.
  • Non-standard technology, while purchased through the college, is not guaranteed to be supported by IT.
