Please complete this form to request data or research support from the Office of Institutional Research. Requests are prioritized in the following order:
- Mandated Reporting – State/federal compliance, accreditation, and grant reporting
- Strategic Leadership – President, Board of Trustees, and Cabinet-level initiatives
- Institutional Planning & Improvement – Program Review, strategic planning, assessment and grant applications.
- Operational Needs – School, Division, or unit-level decision support
- Ad Hoc Institutional Projects – Aligned with the College’s mission and priorities
We have limited capacity to support other projects, and we typically do not supply data for individual research projects, such as student or faculty research.
Please submit requests at least two weeks in advance to ensure timely processing. Timelines for complex or urgent requests will be communicated as needed.
The Office of Institutional Research adheres to strict data security and access protocols in accordance with FERPA and College policy. Requesters are expected to uphold these standards and will be granted access to data only as appropriate to the scope, purpose, and authorization level of their role.
